From this angle, the front windows look more reflective than they actually are for some reason. And only in the picture, in person they don’t seem as different - is this just the way the film photographs or is this due to conditions and being applied literally 2 hours ago?

They’re actually a damn close match to the factory standard privacy tint on the rears. I think there will be a slight difference, but not overly noticeable.

Reason number like 10,000 that cars are better than modern SUVs: You can have them tinted with the same tint on all the windows because they all start out the same.

Just looks like the angle of the picture, to be honest. Looks great!

I matched the tint f/r on the Tacoma and you can’t tell the difference. I tried to convince my wife to tint the Jeep but she wants none of it.

I mean, yeah, that’s accurate. In person, they appear so close to being the same. From the inside they appear the exact same.

I’m just a sucker for dark metallic greys. I feel like they show off the body lines perfectly. Selenite Grey On MBs is another favorite of mine.

Very nice. I wish we were allowed to tint our front windows, but any amount of tint is illegal on the front 3, and it is fairly heavily enforced. It looks soo much better though!

I thought about going really light, like 70%, but I don’t need ICBC trying to get out of paying any claims should I ever be involved in an accident. Those SOB’s will refuse to pay given half a chance, so I don’t want to give them any excuses.

I could’ve sworn it was illegal here, but a quick google search proved me wrong and here we sit. I was surprised my wife was as down with the idea as she was. I actually feel like she might’ve wanted it just as much as I did but didn’t mention it.

I didn’t think they required WT plates anymore since tinting is back to being legal, specifically if done to match rear privacy tints that are factory standard. I also thought those were to specify a medical condition which required tinting back when it was illegal. Hmm, I may need to look more into this.

Ah, Bentley Gold Coast. I haven’t checked their (or Mancuso’s) inventory in a while since I moved further away from them. There are so many MB’s in that color I see coming out of the dealership across the street every day. It really works well with their angles and lines.

In fact, was as an AMG-GT, last year I think they sold it.

Must’ve discontinued them. I think I read that it was 2016-7 when it was legalized again, to a point.

Oh yeah, just on the other side of North. It’s fantastic around here! Just far enough from the hustle of Wicker Park/Bucktown and Lincoln Park, but still close enough to make them easily accessible and enjoyable. I like it around here much more than the last two neighborhoods we lived in (Gold Coast & Fulton Market District).
